Welcome to the 4th Annual Pack Around the Park 5k and Wolf Cub 1K, benefiting the Weiss High School Wolf Pack Band students and staff!

Participants may race, run or walk.
Your registration includes a race t-shirt, the amazing WHS band members and musicians as they showcase their talents along the trail, and a race medal.
NEW THIS YEAR:
Race will be a TRUE 5k! Lake Pflugerville is just short, but we have a plan. We will start on the dam and finish at the pavilion.
Sponsor a runner - can’t participate but want to help! Sponsor a band member to run the race for you by making a donation in their name on our registration page.

Wolf Cub 1K
Pack Around the Park Kids k
The Wolf Cub 1K (.62 mile) is open to all children ages 12 and under. Cost is $20 ($15 Early Bird until April 1st). All Kids k registrants will receive a shirt, a medal, and post-race food from our wonderful sponsors. The Wolf Cub 1k will last approximately 15 minutes, starting at 8:00am.
5K
Pack Around the Park 5k
The Pack Around the Park 5k (3.1 miles – a little more than one lap around Lake Pflugerville) is open to anyone wanting to race, run or walk. Enjoy the amazing WHS band members as they showcase their talents along the entire course!!
Cost is $30 ($25 Early Bird until April 1st).. Races of all levels are welcome. Whether you run, jog or walk, this event is for you. All proceeds go to help prepare our band for the 2025 marching season.
You will have an option for chip timed or just relax and go at your own pace. Results will be available immediately following the race, as well as online. All 5k registrants will receive a shirt, a medal, and post-race food from our wonderful sponsors. The race will start at 8:30am.

NEW THIS YEAR: During registration, you will have the option to sponsor one of our band members on their run. Those band members will get all the benefits of race registrants as well as know they are helping out the program they love so much.

Packet and T-shirt Pickup
Packet and t-shirt pick up will be available on May 2nd at Weiss High School, 4:30pm-6:30pm - 5201 Wolf Pack Drive, Pflugerville (please come around back by our band hall/cafeteria/pavilion). There will be race day packet pick up available starting at 7:00am at Lake Pflugerville.
Your race number should be attached to the front of your shirt with safety pins (available in your packet). Please wear your assigned number, as this will be used to determine finishing times and award placement.
General Information
Baby joggers and strollers are welcome, as well as pets on a leash. Please, no rollerblades, bikes, or skateboards. Race day registration will be available, but on-site registrants are not guaranteed t-shirts. The Wolf Cub 1k will begin promptly at 8:00am and the 5k at 8:30am, so please arrive early, giving yourself plenty of time to park and get ready to have fun! We will have a race photographer, so please check back on our website after the race to see all of the photos of you and your friends. Your race number should be attached to the front of your shirt with safety pins (available in your packet). Please wear your assigned number, as this will be used to determine finishing times and award
placement.
