Pack Around the Park 5k, 10k and Kids k

We are so excited to bring you Pack Around the Park 5k, 10k and Kids k, benefiting the Weiss High School Wolf Pack Band students and staff! The race course will be at the lovely Lake Pflugerville, complete with the melodic sounds of our amazing band students as you travel along the trail!
Participants may race, run or walk. They will receive an awesome t-shirt and a great race bag full of goodies at packet pick up. The race will be chip timed, so relax and go at your own pace. Enjoy the support from our volunteers along the course, as well as music, post-race food, photography and tons of fun for everyone.
Overall 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards, as well as age group awards (3 deep), for both the 5k and 10k will be given, male and female. All 5k and 10k runners present may enter into a raffle drawing for cool prizes. Entry into the drawing is complimentary. All winners names will be drawn during the awards ceremonies.

Pack Around the Park 5k
The Pack Around the Park 5k (3.1 miles – one lap around Lake Pflugerville) is open to anyone wanting to race, run or walk. Feel free to leave your headphones at home and enjoy the melodic sounds of our student musicians along the entire course!! Cost is $40. All 5k registrants will have a chip timer attached to the back of their race bib. Results will be available immediately following the race, as well as online for future use. All 5k registrants will receive a shirt, tote bag of goodies, and post-race food from our wonderful sponsors. Overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards (male and female) will be given, as well as age group awards (male and female). The race will start at 8:30am, simultaneously with the 10k.

Pack Around the Park 10k
The Pack Around the Park 10k (6.2 miles – two laps around Lake Pflugerville) is open to anyone wanting to race, run or walk. Feel free to leave your headphones at home and enjoy the melodic sounds of our student musicians along the entire course!! Cost is $50. All 10k registrants will have a chip timer attached to the back of their race bib. Results will be available immediately following the race, as well as online for future use. All 10k registrants will receive a shirt, tote bag of goodies, and post-race food from our wonderful sponsors. Overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards (male and female) will be given, as well as age group awards (male and female). The race will start at 8:30am, simultaneously with the 5k.

Packet and T-shirt Pickup
Packet and t-shirt pick up will be available on April 26 at Weiss High School, 4:30pm-7:00pm - 5201 Wolf Pack Drive, Pflugerville (please come around back by our band hall/cafeteria/pavilion). There will be race day packet pick up available starting at 7:00am at Lake Pflugerville.
Your race number should be attached to the front of your shirt with safety pins (available in your packet). Please wear your assigned number, as this will be used to determine finishing times and award placement.
General Information
Baby joggers and strollers are welcome, as well as pets on a leash. Please no rollerblades, bikes or skateboards. Race day registration will be available, but t-shirts are not guaranteed to on-site registrants. The Kids k will begin promptly at 8:00am and the 5k/10k at 8:30am, so please arrive early, giving yourself plenty of time to park and get ready to have fun! We will have a race photographer, so please check back on our website after the race to see all of the photos of you and your friends. Your race number should be attached to the front of your shirt with safety pins (available in your packet). placement.
